Innovation Challenge Workshop for LSE

Design-led thinking for business innovation.

The Innovation Challenge Workshop for the London School of Economics Entrepreneurial Society International Challenge introduced economics and business school graduate students to a design-led innovation process, focused on human-centered user research techniques.

Students were introduced to the design process and asked to consider social enterprise within the realm of ‘travel’, specifically focusing on service design opportunities within a metropolis. They were given time for user-research, design development, and were required to communicate their service design visually in the form of a storyboard — much of which was new territory for them.
